Dates for publishing periodic reports in 2026:

Consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information:

• for Q4 2025 – February 24, 2026
• for Q1 2026 – May 20, 2026
• for Q3 2026 – November 13, 2026

April 30, 2026 – Annual Report 2025

April 30, 2026 – Consolidated annual report 2025

August 28, 2026 – Semi-annual consolidated report 2026 containing condensed separate semi-annual financial statements

April 30, 2026 – Consolidated report on payments to public administration

Closed periods

According to Art. 11 sec. 19 of MAR, a person discharging managerial responsibilities with the issuer may not enter into any transactions on its own account or on the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, in the issuer’s shares or debt instruments, or derivatives or other related financial instruments, for a closed period of 30 calendar days before the publication of the interim financial report or the year-end report that the issuer is required to make public.

In connection with the above, in 2026 the following closed periods will apply in the Company related to the dates of publication of periodic reports:

• January 25, 2026 – February 24, 2026
• March 31, 2026 – May 20, 2026
• Juli 29, 2026 – August 28, 2026
• October 14,2026 – November 13, 2026

In addition, guided by the principle of ensuring equal access to information provided by Stalprodukt, the Management Board of the Company also decided that during the above-mentioned closed periods will not conduct talks and organize meetings with stock market analysts and investors.
